Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain and fair terms for cancelling your plan and requesting a refund.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@nareshkay.com from the address on your account. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • You keep access to your tier's features until that date.
  • You will not be billed again, because cancelling turns off the next auto-renewal.

2. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, so your access continues without interruption. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

3. Refunds

We want the Service to be worth it. If something is not right, contact us first and we will try to fix it.

  • New subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, provided the request is made in good faith.
  • Renewals: if an auto-renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and, where you have not made significant use of the plan in that new period, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

4. Third-party AI provider costs

AI Content Engine uses a bring-your-own-keys model. Any charges billed to you by the AI or media providers you connect are between you and those providers. Those costs are not part of your AI Content Engine subscription and are not refundable by us.

5. What is not refundable

  • Periods already used beyond the refund windows above, except where required by law.
  • Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
  • Third-party provider charges, as explained above.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@nareshkay.com from your account email with your account details and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of India.
