2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text).
Billing information: your subscription tier, billing period, and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.
Your content and inputs: the profiles you research, the briefs and scripts you create, and the media you generate or upload to run the Service.
Your provider API keys: the third-party AI and media keys you choose to connect (see the next section).
Usage and device data: basic logs such as actions taken, timestamps, IP address, and browser type, used to run, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we handle your AI keys (BYOK)

AI Content Engine uses a bring-your-own-keys model. The API keys you connect are encrypted at rest using strong industry-standard encryption. We decrypt them only on our servers, only to run the specific jobs you ask the Service to perform, and we never expose them to your browser or to other users. You can remove your keys from your account at any time.

4. How we use your data

To provide the Service and run the jobs you request.
To process subscriptions, billing, and renewals.
To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
To respond to your support requests.
To improve features and reliability.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you create to train our own models.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service, and we share only what each needs to do its job. These typically include:

Cloud hosting and database providers that store and serve the application.
A payment processor that handles subscription billing.
The AI and media providers you connect with your own keys, which receive the inputs needed to generate your content.
Instagram and Facebook, when you choose to publish or schedule posts through them.
Email and basic analytics providers that help us run and improve the Service.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for the Service to work.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

8. Your rights and requests

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@nareshkay.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive secrets, access controls, and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously and review our practices regularly.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age at which they can use such services without parental consent in their country, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law change. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
